Publicity Post is An Post’s leaflet delivery service, which enables businesses, charities and other organisations to have their marketing campaign material delivered with the regular post. The service is GDPR compliant.

The service costs as little as 9c ex VAT per item. The total costs depends on how many of the nationwide delivery areas you choose and the weight of your item.

Publicity Post gives you access to An Post’s complete network of 1,512,500 homes and businesses across the country. We divide the 26 counties into 272 separate delivery areas, giving you the choice of how many you want to use to fine-tune your campaign. Check the delivery zones on our interactive map. The minimum booking is one complete delivery area.

Deliveries are made in weekly slots and you can choose your delivery week.

20 grams/g will cover most A6, A5 and A4 (Folded) Leaflets. Each individual leaflet or brochure can, however, weigh up to 100 g. Individual items must fall within the following dimensions:

• Minimum size: 100mm x 70mm
• Maximum size: A5 (240mm x 162mm)
• Maximum Weight: 100g

You can fold larger items, as long as they are delivered to An Post within these sizes.

An Post asks Publicity Post customers to follow specific packing requirements, which we will explain to you when you make a booking:

• Pack leaflets or brochures into boxes weighing no more than 10kg, with leaflets secured in bundles of 100. The heavier the leaflet, the fewer bundles in a box
• An Post will supply Publicity Post labels - which you must display clearly on the outer side of your boxes - along with a confirmation letter detailing your packing and delivery instructions
• Postage Pre-Paid marking and Return Addresses are prohibited on your leaflet design
